Prices, orders and tickets

I bought my tickets on the online ticketing service but I haven't received them ?

Your tickets are sent in just a few minutes. Have you checked your spam folder ? You can also download your tickets from your customer area by going to your order/file number. If you still cannot find them, please contact us or go to the ticket office with your payment receipt.

Which methods of payment are accepted in the park ?

We accept cash, credit cards and ANCV holiday vouchers at all points of sale. CAF leisure vouchers, on the other hand, can no longer be used in theme parks.

Can family passes be purchased directly from the ticket office ?

No, this promotional offer is only valid on the website. All 5 people must enter the park in one go. However, season passes can be purchased at the park entrance.

The Family Pass for 5 people only includes 5 adults ?

No, the Family Pass includes 5 people, adults and children alike.

I've bought a 5 person Family Pass, but the 5 people won't be coming at the same time. Is this possible ?

No, this is not possible. All 5 people must pass through the entrance at the same time. You have 1 ticket for 5 people.

Is free admission for children under 1 metre regulated ?

Children under one metre tall do not pay admission to the park, as long as they are accompanied by an adult with an individual ticket (full price, CE, family pass or unlimited season pass), with a limit of one free child admission for one paying adult admission.

Are there any conditions attached to the price of tickets for children under 12 ?

Yes, they must be accompanied by an adult with a full-price individual ticket (excluding the family pass).

Does the price of a ticket vary according to the day you visit the Park ?

Yes, for groups only (minimum 20 people). For individual tickets, the price is the same whatever day of the week you visit the Park. However, we do occasionally special offer during the season. To keep up to date, don't hesitate to follow us on our social medias.

Is there a special price for pregnant women ?

Yes, you can take advantage of a €21 discount at the ticket office only on presentation of proof of identity.

Is there a special rate for people with disabilities ?

Yes, you can take advantage of a €21 discount at the ticket office only on presentation of proof of identity.

Planning my visit to the park

Can we eat in the Park ?

Yes, the Park has several restaurants : sandwiches, french fries, drinks, etc. For those wishing to bring their own lunch, lunch areas are available outside the Park. Please note that seating inside the Park is strictly reserved for customers of the restaurants. Picnic areas are available at the car park.

Are pets allowed in the Park ?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the park, even on a lead !

What attractions can I do if I'm pregnant ?

For safety and health reasons, most attractions are not accessible to pregnant women.

Can I get priority access if I have a disability ?

Yes, you can benefit from priority access on presentation of proof, which you can share with the accompanying person of your choice (limited to one person).

Can I be shirtless or in a swimsuit in Parc du Bocasse?

For health and safety reasons, it is forbidden to be topless or in a swimsuit in the Park and in the parking lot (only authorized on the Splash City attraction)

Is leaving the park a permanent decision ?

No, you can leave temporarily provided you are "stamped" before leaving.

Is the park smoke-free?

For everyone's comfort, the park is non-smoking. Areas have been set aside for our visitors who smoke.

Can I come to the park in flip-flops or barefoot ?

Although the park is accessible to people wearing flip-flops, access to the attractions requires closed shoes or shoes that hold your feet, for essential safety reasons. Access will be refused, even if you are barefoot.
