Shops and restaurants
Our shops and restaurants are equipped with accessible checkouts where you have priority. Please speak to a member of staff.
Accompanying persons
The role of the escort is essential to support visitors with disabilities.
One of the accompanying persons must be at least 15 years old and must be able to assist the person with reduced mobility; finally, they must embark with them.
Our staff are neither authorized nor trained to physically assist visitors. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the attendant to provide physical assistance to the person with reduced mobility.
The number of accompanying persons varies depending on the attraction; please refer to the table in the Accessibility Guide.
Only the person with priority access and their authorized companion(s) may use these dedicated lanes, while the rest of the group must use the regular queues. If the person with priority access does not board, no one else will be able to use the dedicated lane.
Access to attractions
The attractions are accessible via dedicated entrances.
For safety reasons, our attractions only accept one person with a disability at a time.
Our attractions are subject to physical and morphological restrictions imposed by the manufacturers (height, weight, etc.).
We inform you that, for the majority of our attractions, access is prohibited for people whose health problems may be aggravated. (Some may involve shocks).
To ensure your safety, operators may be required to ask you questions about your physical capabilities.
In most cases, wheelchair users will need to be able to get out of their wheelchair, maintain a seated position and hold onto the grab bars to participate in the attraction.
Renting a means of transport
We do not offer wheelchair or electric scooter rentals in the park.
